Contractor shall collaborate with similar <br />programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial <br />resources which are available to lower and very low income residents. <br /> <br />Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2003 to April 2004. <br />Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly basis. The final billing for <br />April 2004 must be submitted no later than May 20, 2004.
