Of these, <br />a minimum of 6 households will be seniors <br />(for the purposes of this proposal, senior is <br />defined as 55 and older.) <br />Other Secondary Collaborative Actions Outreach and Emphasis to be Conducted <br />Provide a minimum of 4,500 shelter bed 50 Households June 30, 2004 <br />nights to homeless individuals, couples and <br />families (households) from Redwood City. <br />Of these, a minimum of 6 will be provided <br />for homeless seniors from Redwood City. <br />Provide 13,500 meals to homeless 50 households June 20, 2004 <br />individuals, couples and families <br />(households) from Redwood City. Of these, <br />a minimum 0 6 will be provided for homeless <br />seniors from Redwood City. <br />Achieve a minimum of 60% success rate in 50 households June 30, 2004 <br />discharging Redwood City residents served <br />into more stable form of housing. <br /> <br />1 Primary Quantitative Contract Goals are the number of households/persons you <br />will assist under this contract.
