Adopts the Consolidated Plan Strategy for 2005-2010 <br />2. Adopts the Housing and Human Concerns Committee's Funding <br />Recommendations for 2005-2006 Annual Action Plan; and <br />3. Authorizes the Ci~y Manager to execute all required documents for the <br />submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />~OGRAM CONSOLIDATED PLAN (2005-2610) AND APPLICATION FOR. <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND <br />HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FUNDS); CERTIFYING THAT THE CITY <br />HAS FOLLOWED ITS ADOPTED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN; ~ND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND FILING OF ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING <br />THERETO (FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006). <br /> <br />2.
