HOLD HARMLESS AND INSURANCE. Consultant shall hold <br /> harmless, indemnify and defend the City of Redwood City, and its <br /> Council, Board, commissions, officers, employees and agents from <br /> any and all claims for liability, losses or damage arising out of <br /> or alleged to arise from the willful or negligent acts, errors or <br /> omissions of Consultant in the performance of this agreement. <br /> <br /> Consultant shall acquire and maintain workers' compensation <br /> and employers liability insurance in accordance with statutory <br /> requirements and shall acquire and maintain commercial general <br /> liability insurance, and business automobile liability insurance <br /> coverage protecting the City of Redwood City, and its Council, <br /> Board, commissions, officers, agents and employees in connection <br /> <br /> with Consultant' s services performed hereunder. The commercial <br /> general liability insurance shall incl~e~ractual, property <br /> damage (ir.c!u~ir.g Ic~ cf '-'cc tk-~ra~-~y,~ and personal injury <br /> (including death) coverage and sha~l 1y be not less than <br /> $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence for bodily injury liability and <br /> property damage liability.
