MJP:m~ 12/28/88 (#38/028) <br /> <br />liability insurance which information or declaration page(s) <br />shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) An endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage before the expiration of forty-five (45) days <br /> after City shall have received written notification by <br /> Certified Mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) A standard cross-liability endorsement; <br /> <br /> (c) An endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, and it <br /> Council, Board, officers, commissions, agents and <br /> employees as additional insureds. <br /> <br /> In addition to the above insurance requirements Consultant <br />shall also acquire and maintain errors and omissions or <br />professional liability insurance coverage of not less than <br />$1,000,000.00) <br /> <br /> 8. TERMINATION. Either party hereto may terminate this <br />agreement without cause by giving the other party not less than <br />two weeks' prior written notice of such termination. In the <br />event of such termination, City shall compensate Consultant for <br />services rendered to the date of termination. Nothing herein <br />contained shall be deemed to affect the rights of the parties to <br />terminate for cause, or otherwise to exercise such legal or <br />equitable rights as may accrue to them. <br /> <br /> 9. CONSULTANT'S STATUS.
