<br />2.3.24 Punch ListlWarranty. <br /> <br />.1 CM/GC shall coordinate the completion of the Work in accordance with the <br />Contract Documents. CM/GC shall assist the Architect in determining when the Project or a <br />designated portion thereof is complete. <br /> <br />.2 When CM/GC considers the Work, or a designated portion thereof complete, <br />CM/GC shall prepare a list of incomplete or unsatisfactory items ("Punch List") for review by the <br />Architect and City/Agency's inspector. <br /> <br />.3 CM/GC shall prepare a summary of the status of the Work, list changes in the <br />previously issued punch list and establish the time frame within which CM/GC and the Trade <br />Contractors shall complete the uncompleted items on the punch list. <br /> <br />.4 CM/GC will be the single point of contact concerning all Punch List and warranty <br />items and be responsible for securing performance by the Trade Contractors and manufacturers <br />for the life of the warranty period. <br /> <br />2.3.25 General Conditions Items.
