<br />VIII.AMENDMENTS TO THE MUTUAL THREAT ZONE AGREEMENT: <br /> <br />A. This Agreement contains all of the terms and conditions agreed <br />to between the parties. Except as otherwise specified, this <br />Agreement shall not be amended or altered without the written <br />consent of the parties. <br /> <br />B. The Chief Fire Executives of the parties to this Agreement shall <br />have the authority to amend Exhibits "A" (Boundaries) and the <br />OPERATIONAL RESPONSE PLAN; and execute any <br />documents required to implement such Amendments.
