The fee for the electrical plans is lump sum in the amount of <br />$2,500. Tasks 3.05 through 3.07 will be invoiced on an hourly basis as authorized by you. <br /> <br />3.0 <br /> <br />BIDDING & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION: <br /> <br />3.05 <br /> <br />3.06 <br /> <br />3.07 <br /> <br />3.û8 <br /> <br />Site Reviews/Field Reports: Conduct an additional nine (9) site reviews of work in <br />progress to verify conformance with plans and specifications. Issue written field report <br />documenting observations and making recommendations to the City Representative and <br />Contractor(s). (This brings the total number of site visits to seventeen (17)). <br /> <br />Substantial Completion Walk-Through: Conduct a walk through after the project is <br />considered substantially complete by City Representative and Landscape Architect. <br />Compile a "punch list" of items to be completed prior to final walk-through. <br /> <br />Final Walk-Through: Conduct a final walk through to verify that all work has been <br />completed prior to issuance of final payment to Contractor. <br /> <br />Eiectrical P ansiCaiculations: Prepare electrical plans for the irrigation controllers <br />utilizing the existing electrical points of connections at the existing irrigation controllers <br />and booster transformers.
