DES:djk /18/90 (018/44) <br /> <br />boards, commissions, officers, employees and agents from and <br />against all claims for liability, losses or damage (including, <br />but not limited to costs of suit and attorneys fees) arising out <br />of Consultant's willful acts and/or negligent acts, errors or <br />omissions relating to Consultant's performance of services, or <br />failure to perform services, hereunder. <br /> <br /> 12. INSURANCE. Consultant shall acquire and maintain <br />statutory Workers' Compensation insurance coverage, employer's <br />liability, comprehensive general liability, and professional <br />liability insurance coverage relating to Consultant's services to <br />be performed hereunder in form subject to the approval of City's <br />City Attorney. The amount of Workers' Compensation insurance <br />coverage shall be not less than the statutory minimum. Employer's <br />liability and comprehensive general liability coverage shall be <br />not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) <br />combined single limit of liability as a result of any one <br />occurrence; and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the <br />aggregate. Errors and omissions coverage shall be not less than <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). Employer's liability, <br />comprehensive general liability and errors and omissions coverage <br />shall include the City of Redwood City, its Council, boards, <br />officers, employees and agents as additional insureds pertaining <br />to performance of services hereunder, shall include a <br />severability of interest clause, and shall require not less than <br />thirty (30) days prior notification of City in the event of <br />cancellation or reduction of coverage. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
