DCB:rks 6/06/84 guarantee and shall not affect the bond, deposit or instrument of credit given to secure Subdivider's performance under this agreement. City shall be the sole and final judge of whether or not good cause has been shown to entitle Subdivider to an extension of time hereunder. Subdivider shall provide a copy of the agreement to surety or otherwise inform surety of the above extension provisions of this agreement. 6. All pipes and monuments shown on the subdivision map hereinafter referred to which are destroyed or displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by Subdivider at the time of the final inspection of the improvements hereunder by City. 7. It is agreed that title and ownership of all improvements constructed for the benefit of City hereunder by Subdivider shall vest absolutely in City, upon completion and acceptance of such improvements by City. 8. All work provided for in this agreement and more specifically described in the specifications herein referred to shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the Director of Public Works before the release of any security called for herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that certain final map entitled, "North Cote Place Subdivision and (b) those certain specifications entitled, "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City - August, 1974," and (c) those certain plans on file in the office of the Director of Public Works entitled "North Cote Place - Kansas Street, Valota Road to Sierra Street", for a more particular description of the work and improvements
