4. Other Agreements~. The agreement between the parties <br /> hereto dated February 12, 1984, entitled "Fire Suppression Services <br /> for Redwood Shores" shall be terminated when this agreement is <br /> executed. <br /> <br /> All other agreements between the parties hereto shall <br /> remain in full and effect. <br /> <br /> 5. Liability. This agreement shall not be construed as <br /> or deemed to be an agreement for the benefit of any third party or <br /> parties, and no third party or parties shall have any right of action <br /> hereunder for any cause whatsoever. <br /> <br /> 6. Indemnification. Neither party hereto shall be liable <br /> for claims or losses or suits filed thereon as to any and all acts of <br /> the other party hereunder. <br /> <br /> 7. Term. The agreement may be terminated by either party <br />on June 30 of any year this agreement is ih effect. In the event of <br />termination, the terminating party shall give the other party written <br />notice of its intent to terminate this agreement on or before the <br />January 31 preceding the June 30 date of termination. Notice as <br />required by this paragraph shall be evidenced by a signed receipt of <br />said notice by the party being noticed. <br /> <br /> 8. ~aragraDh Headings. Paragraph headings as used herein <br />are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to modify, amend, or <br />in any manner change the meaning of the content of the respective <br />paragraphs to which they pertain. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
