<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Mav 9. 2005 <br />MO. 05-75 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 10, 2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Findings - Appeal of 2325 Euclid Avenue to allow installation of <br />a wireless telecommunication facility <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 B (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 9,2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Howard to By motion, adopt the findings related to the appeal of the <br />Zoning Administrator's approval of an Architectural Permit (AP2004-114) and <br />Use Permit (UP2004-84) for the Alaris Group on behalf of AT&T <br />Wireless/Cingular Wireless (the "Applicant") (which authorized, subject to certain <br />conditions, the mounting of six (6) panel antennas inside a new steeple to be <br />constructed on top of the existing church building and three (3) equipment <br />cabinets located within an equipment enclosure at grade), within the Single- <br />Family Residential "R-1" Zoning District, pursuant to Article 38 of the Redwood <br />City Zoning Code for the proposed project located at 2325 Euclid Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~¥';'b /~'~""'L; <br />Patricia S.
