<br />FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, The City of Redwood City, a municipal
<br />corporation of the State of California (the "City") does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to State Farm Mutual
<br />Automobile Insurance Company, an Illinois Corporation ("State Farm") any and all rights and interest City may have,
<br />arising under that certain "Grant Deed" dated May 8, 1963 and recorded May 16, 1963, in Volume 4457, Pages 526
<br />through 528, of Official Records of San Mateo County, California, to re-enter, enter upon, or terminate the estate
<br />conveyed by the Grant Deed. Except as provided in this Quitclaim Deed or as otherwise approved by City, the Grant
<br />Deed shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. The Grant Deed is recorded against the following described
<br />real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California:

<br /> of odginal Maps, at page 97; ail of said Maps being recorded in the office of the recorder of San Mateo
