LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 36, as designated on that certain map entitled, <br />"Belle Haven City Tract No. 512", recorded July 1, 1937, in Volume 21 of Maps, at <br />Page 48, and a portion of Lot 12 as designated on the Map entitled "Subdivision of <br />Sweeny Ranch", recorded June 24, 1898, in Book "C" of original Maps, at page 97; <br />all of said Maps being recorded in the office of the recorder of San Mateo County, <br />California, said lands being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwesterly comer of said Lot I, Block 36, Belle Haven City <br />Tract No. 512, said point also being the southeasterly line of Marsh Road, 86.00 feet <br />in width; Thence North 25° 19' 48" East along said southeasterly line of March Road <br />and the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, Block 36, Belle Haven City Tract No. 512, <br />a distance of 60.81 feet to a point, a radial line to said point bears North 50° 07' 49' <br />East; Thence leaving said southeasterly line of Marsh Road, proceeding through said <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 36 of Belle Haven City Tract No. 512 and said Lot 12 of the <br />Subdivision of Sweeny Ranch, along a curve to the fight of radius 353.00 feet, <br />through a central angle of 89° 13' 04% an arc length of 549.67 feet to a point, a radial <br />line to said point bears South 40° 39' 07" East; Thence South 49° 20' 53" West, a <br />distance of 238.94 feet; Thence North 3o 08' 48" West, a distance of 161.73 feet to <br />the said southeasterly line of Marsh Road; Thence along said southeasterly line of <br />Marsh Road, North 25° 19' 48" East, a distance of 479.40 feet to the southwesterly <br />comer of Lot 1, Block 36 of Belle Haven City Tract No. 512, said comer being the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />
