INCREASING THE PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FOR THE CONTRACTORS LISTEn IN EXHIBIT A, BY A COST-OF-BUSINESS INCREASE EQUIVALENT TO 1 % OF THE ANNUAL CONTRACT AMOUNT; AND 2. INCREASING THE LEVEL OF SERVJCE AND CORRESPONDING. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FOR THE CONTRACTORS LISTED IN EXHIBIT B, AT AN INCREASED COST OF NO MORE THAN 1 % OF THE ANNUAL CONTRACT AMOUNT. . RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that WHEREAS, this Board approved a 1 % increase to community-based provider and core services agencies contracts during the FY 2004-05/2005-06 Recommended Budget Hearings; "WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance Amendments to these contracts, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the contracts will be increased by 1 % beginning July 1, 2004; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED A.~D ORDERED that The Director of the Health Services Agency and Director of the Human Services Agency are hereby authorized to execute amendments: 1) increasing the Agreements with certain community-based providers and core services agencies, as listed in Exhibit A, by a cost-of- .business increase equivalent to 1 % of the annual contract amolUlt; and 2) increasing the level of service for certain community-based providers and core services agencies, as listed in Exhibit B, at an increased cost of no more than 1 % of the annual contract amount. .._....~.
