Accept, by motion, the construction improvements at 490 EI Carn no <br />Real, and release the bonds following the submission of a <br />Maintenance Bond in the amount of $40,000.00, in accordance ith <br />paragraph 9 of the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, the Grant of <br />Sidewalk Easement and the Grant of Public Service Easement fli m <br />SFP Whipple.
