<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br />PERSONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this ?f) day of April, 2000 between the <br />PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION hereinafter called "Association", and the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter call <br />"City"; <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, agreements and conditions contained <br />herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Association agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the following services to City, <br />commencing on April16, 2000, and terminating on August 13,2000: <br /> <br />(a) The training, selection and scheduling of umpires for all softball games in the <br />following leagues (figures in parentheses represent number of games): <br /> <br />1.
