<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />(RADIO ROAD AND REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, ("City") is the owner of the property known as Parcel "0" of <br /> <br />Lido Neighborhood Unit No.1, Book 126, page 79, recorded by the San Mateo <br /> <br />County Recorder, City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, California (Parcel <br /> <br />"0"); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PACIFIC BELL WIRELESS ("Permittee") has requested <br /> <br />permission from City to install and operate antennae and construct associated <br /> <br />equipment cabinets and appurtenances for the personal communication services <br /> <br />("PCS") communication network; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Permittee's proposed project consists more particularly of the <br /> <br />two panel antennae mounted on an existing tower which is owned and operated <br /> <br />by Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), and the construction and <br /> <br />maintenance of a radio equipment cabinet (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, the City is <br /> <br />willing to grant Permittee this revocable encroachment permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br /> <br />1. Grant.
