10 I') N &in. l')ißLD !"4<'J~ 100 mN 01 (,': 11'\- Q) \11;; ~ O1"'Q !"4i;c;. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - COpy 7 /12/99 RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 13670 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF HOPE COURT SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Hope Court Subdivision", prepared by Macleod and Associates, Inc., Civil Engineers and consultants for Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, Inc., the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Hope Court Subdivision", (form dated 07/07/99R) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said Agreement. b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a certificate of deposit securing the faithful Reso-700 FXS:djk F: /s ha red/Redwood/Cou ncil 07/01/99, 07/06/99R, 07/07/99R .- .-.". -~"-"--"-"---"---r-""-"'-"---' ".".
