� _ <br /> � � <br /> EXHIBIT "E" <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> Recording Requested by: � <br /> After Recordation, Mail to: <br /> Mail Tax Statements to: <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is <br /> hereby acknowledged, <br /> THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> public body, corporate and politic, of the State of California (the <br /> "Grantor") , pursuant to and in accordance with the Community <br /> Redevelopment Law of the State of California, hereby grants to <br /> PENINSULA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, a California non-profit corporation <br /> (the "Grantee") , the real property (the "Property") legally <br /> described in - Exhibit "A, " and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, RESERVING TO THE GRANTOR THE EASEMENTS SET FORTH IN <br /> EXHIBIT "B, " incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 1 . Disposition and Development Aareement . 'I'he Property <br /> � is conveyed subject to the Disposition and Development Agreement <br /> entered into between the Grantor and the Grantee, dated , <br /> 2005 (herein referred to as the "Agreement") . The provisions of the <br /> Agreement are incorporated herein by this reference and shall be <br /> deemed to be a part hereof as if set forth at length herein. <br /> 2 . Effect of Covenants . The Property is conveyed <br /> subject to the covenant that the Property will be held, <br /> ; ' transferred, encumbered, used, sold, conveyed, leased and occupied <br /> ' � subject to the covenants, restrictions and limitations set forth in <br /> ' this Grant Deed, the Declaration of Affordability Covenants, and <br /> the Declaration of Redevelopment Covenants, all of which are in <br /> ' accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.
