The improvements required to-be constructed <br /> in accordance with that certain Disposition and Development <br /> Agreement {the "Agreement") dated , by and between <br /> the Agency and Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, a California <br /> non-profit corporation, (the "Developer") on that certain real <br /> property (the "Property") more fully described in Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, have <br /> been completed in accordance with the provisions of said Agreement. <br /> Section 2 .
