ARTICLE VIII <br /> TIME FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT BY AGENCY AND RECORDATION <br /> Section S . Ol . Execution and Recordation. <br /> a. Following its execution by the Developer and prompt <br /> delivery thereafter to the Agency, this Agreement must be approved, <br /> executed and delivered by the Agency to the Developer in order to <br /> be effective or enforceable against the Agency. The date of this <br /> Agreement shall be the date when the Agreement is approved by the <br /> Agency. <br /> b.
