(c) After the satisfactory completion of the <br /> Project in compliance with the Agreement, the Property shall be <br /> devoted to the uses specified Article IV of the Agreement, <br /> consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and shall not, in whole or <br /> in part, be devoted to any other use or used for any other <br /> purposes except as may be approved by the Agency in writing in <br /> advance. This covenant shall remain in effect for the life of <br /> the Redevelopment Plan, as extended from time to time. <br /> (d) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> (1) Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93- <br /> 112) , the Declarant agrees that no otherwise qualified persons <br /> with disabilities shall, solely by reason of a disability, be <br /> excluded from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be <br /> subjected to discrimination in the performance of the Agreement <br /> or in the selection of low income owners to purchase the dwelling <br /> to be built on the Property. <br /> (2) Compliance of Section 504 of the <br /> Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires that all <br /> benefits, aids and services are made available to persons with <br /> disabilities on an equivalent basis with those received by non- <br /> disabled persons. The Declarant shall agree to be in compliance <br /> with Section 504 requirements by developing a plan for compliance <br /> to be submitted to the Section 504 Coordinator as soon as <br /> possible but not later than by the close of escrow for the <br /> acquisition of the Property. Certain units within the Project <br /> shall be constructed to comply with Section 504 of the <br /> Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Scope of <br /> Development . <br /> (e) Affirmative Action. The Declarant certifies <br /> that it is in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity <br /> Requirements of Executive Order No 11246, as amended by Executive <br /> Order No 1375, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the <br /> California Fair Employment Practices Act and an� other federal or <br /> state laws pertaining to equal employment opportunity, and that <br /> it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for <br /> employment or opportunity to purchase the dwelling to be built on <br /> the Property on the basis of race, religion, color, national <br /> origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, <br /> marital status, sexual preference, or political affiliation in <br /> matters pertaining to occupancy, hiring, training, upgrading, <br /> transfers, compensation or termination. <br /> (f) Fair Employment Practices <br /> REDW\0006\DOC\013-7 <br /> EXH.
