EXHIBIT "E" <br /> GR�1NT DEED <br /> Recording Requested by: <br /> After Recordation, Mail to: <br /> Mail Tax Statements to: <br /> GRANT DEED <br /> For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is <br /> hereby acknowledged, <br /> THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> public body, corporate and politic, of the State of California <br /> (the "Grantor" ) , pursuant to and in accordance with the Community <br /> Redevelopment Law of the State of California, hereby grants to <br /> PENINSULA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, a California non-profit <br /> corporation (the "Grantee" ) , the real property (the "Property" ) <br /> legally described in Exhibit "A, " and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, RESERVING TO THE GRANTOR THE EASEMENTS SET FORTH IN <br /> EXHIBIT "B, " incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 1 . Disposition and Development Agreement . The <br /> Property is conveyed subject to the First Amended and Restated <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement entered into between the <br /> Grantor and the Grantee, dated , 200��(herein referred <br /> to as the "Agreement" ) . The provisions of the Agreement are <br /> incorporated herein by this reference and shall be deemed to be a <br /> part hereof as if set forth at length herein. <br /> 2 . Effect of Covenants .
