Box 391 ) <br /> Redwood City, CA 94064 ) <br /> Attn: Redevelopment Director ) <br /> (Space Above for Recorder' s Use) <br /> NOTICE OF REVESTING OF TITLE <br /> TO <br /> REAL PROPERTY <br /> THIS NOTICE OF REVESTING OF TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> ( "Notice" ) shall serve to revest title to the real property <br /> described in Exhibit "A" hereto (the "Property" ) in the name of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City (the "Agency" ) . <br /> The following shall apply: <br /> A. Title to the Property was previously transferred to <br /> Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, a California non-profit corporation <br /> (the "Developer" ) pursuant to that certain First Amended and <br /> Restated Disposition and Development Agreement, recorded with the <br /> County Recorder of San Mateo County on , 200�8 , as <br /> Instrument No. (the "DDA" ) . <br /> B. Under the terms of the DDA, the Agency is entitled to <br /> cause the title to the Property, and any and all improvements <br /> thereon, to revest in the Agency in the event of one or more of <br /> certain specified defaults . The Agency represents the following: <br /> 1 . The Developer was declared by the Agency to be <br /> in default of the DDA in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 5 . 07 of the DDA. <br /> 2 . Notice was given by the Agency to the Developer <br /> of the default claimed by the Agency, and the requisite notice <br /> period as provided in the DDA has expired without a cure of the <br /> default or defaults by the Developer.
