(d) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (1� Pursuant to Section 514 (Public. Law 93- 112) , the Declarant agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of the Agreement or in the selection of lcw income owners to purchase the dwelling to be built on the Property. (2) Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requires that a1,1 benefits, aids and services are made a�,railable to persons with disabilities on an equivalent basis with those received by non-disabled persons . The Declarant shall agree to be in compliance with Section 504 requirements by developing a plan for compliance to be submitted to the Section 504 Coordinator as soon as possible but not later than by the close of escrow for the acquisition of the Property. Certain units within the Project shall be constructed to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Scope of Development. (e) Affirmative Action.
