The Certificate shall also provide that RCN's policy will <br /> <br />not be canceled or have coverage reduced without thirty (30) days prior written <br /> <br />notice. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance. RCN shall, at its own <br /> <br />cost and expense, also procure and maintain Commercial General Liability <br /> <br />insurance which shall include as additional insureds the City of Redwood City, its <br /> <br />Councilmembers, officers, employees, and agents while acting in such capacity, <br /> <br />and their successors or assignees, as they now, or as they may hereafter be <br /> <br />constituted, singly, jointly, or severally. <br /> <br />Insurance shall provide bodily injury and property damage coverage with a <br /> <br />combined single limit of at least $2,000,000 each occurrence or claim and a <br /> <br />general aggregate limit of at least $2,000,000.
