<br />(a) . RCN's Network Operations ControL Center shall be available to City <br /> <br />staff 24 a day, 7 days a week, regarding problems or complaints resulting from <br /> <br />the facilities installed pursuant to this Agreement and may be contacted by <br /> <br />telephone at <br /> <br />regarding such problems or complaints.
