<br />9. <br /> <br />and that if the County, City and their respective officers, employees have other <br />insurance against the loss covered by such a policy, such other insurance shall be <br />excess insurance only. <br /> <br />In the event of the breach of any provision ofthis section, or in the event any <br />notice is received which indicates any required insurance coverage will be <br />diminished or canceled, the County of San Mateo at its option, may, <br />notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, <br />immediately declare a material breach of this Agreement and suspend all further <br />work to this Agreement. <br /> <br />PARTIRS PROVISION OF FUNDING, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Each ofthe Parties shall contribute the following sums: the County of San Mateo, <br />one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), and the City of Redwood City, thirty <br />thousand dollars ($30,000.00) and the Redwood City School District fifty <br />thousand dollars ($50,000) annually to support the work of the Redwood City <br />Healthy Start Network. It is understood that the City of Redwood City is <br />contributing an additional $20,000 to the Redwood City Healthy Start Network <br />from the Human Services Financial Assistance Funds. These funds shall be <br />disbursed to the Redwood City School District under a separate contract. The <br />parties acknowledge that they have deposited said amounts for the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1998 - June 30, 1999. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />The Redwood City School District is authorized to receive money on behalf of the <br />Redwood City Healthy Start Network and deposit same into a special deposit <br />account in the Redwood City School District's General Fund. The money <br />received on behalf of the Redwood City Healthy Start Network shall be dispersed <br />as requested by the Redwood City Healthy Start Network Director in writing, <br />subject to administrative procedures of the District. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />At no time shall the District be under any obligation to disperse money to the <br />Redwood City Healthy Start Network in excess of the money on deposit. The <br />parties acknowledge that money received by the District will not be available for <br />dispersement for three (3) business days after the funds have been deposited by <br />the District, or for a longer period, as deemed appropriate by District's Finance <br />Director. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />The County, and the City agree to transfer to District, their initial contributions in <br />the amount of; County, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), and City, <br />thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00), within sixty days of the date of the execution <br />of this Agreement. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />--T <br />
