Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Phone: (650) 780-7380 <br />Fax: (650) 780-7309 <br /> <br />Contact Person: <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The purpose of this program is to conduct predator damage management to reduce predation <br />of the federally listed California clapper rail and salt marsh harvest mouse from various <br />predators as listed in the City of Redwood City's Predator MaJ.1agement Plan for Redwood <br />Shores Peninsula. Upon receipt of funds from the City of Redwood City for Predator <br />Management, USDA-WS will continue ongoing predator maJ.1agement activities. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />WS will attempt to work this project with another project when possible, to make the <br />predator management activities stretch over a longer time period each year. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />WS will conduct predator removal activities within the guidelines described in the City of <br />Redwood City Predator MaJ.1agement PlaJ.1 for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />There will be occasional periodic compulsory training required for safety and skill <br />enhancements that the WS employee will be required to complete, while charging against this <br />contract. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />WS employee working this project will keep the City apprized of predator maJ.1agement <br />activities on a weekly basis while work is being conducted. <br />
