On behalf of the City, the City Manager may execute amendments to the <br />Agreement to extend it for five (5) additional one (1) year periods or parts thereof in an <br />amount not to exceed sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) per Agreement year, with a <br />scope of work substantially similar to that of the attached Exhibit "An. Such extensions <br />will be based upon a satisfactory performance review of USDA, APHIS, WS, City needs, <br />and the appropriation of funds by the City Council. <br /> <br />7.
