7. WS will make recommendations to the City that might reduce predation and enhance threatened and endangered species on City properties and adjoining properties. Budget Plan Salary/Benefits Supplies/Materials Vehicle Use Support Services $29,445 $ 4,600 $ 7,396 $ 6,693 TOT AL FOR PROJECT $48,134 WS will attempt to stay within the itemized detail of the Budget Plan, but will retain the ability to shift funds from one budget item to another, as a result of changing daily needs and to make the project funding last as long as possible during each year. USDA- WS will not exceed the annual spending limit established for this project. In accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act (DCJA) of 1996, bills issued by WS are due and payable within 30 days of receipt. The DCJA requires that all debts older than 120 days be forwarded to debt collection centers or commercial collection agencies for more aggressive action. Debtors have the option to verify, challenge and compromise claims, and have access to administrative appeals procedures which are both reasonable and protect the interests of the United States.
