USDA- WS will not exceed the annual <br />spending limit established for this project. <br /> <br />The City will furnish funding upon final signature of the Scope of Work/Budget Plan. <br /> <br />In accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act (DCIA) of 1996, bills issued by WS are due <br />and payable within 30 days of receipt.
