<br />4. <br /> <br />USDA- WS will attempt to stay within the itemized detail of the budget Exhibit A, <br />Attachment No.2, but will retain the ability to shift funds from one budget item to <br />another, as a result of changing daily needs and to make the project funding last as long <br />as possible during each year. USDA-WS will not exceed the armual spending limit <br />established for this project. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />There will be occasional periodic compulsory training required for safety and skill <br />enhancements that the USDA- WS employee will be required to complete, while charging <br />against this contract. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The USDA- WS employee working this project will keep the City of Redwood City <br />apprized of predator management activities on a weekly basis while work is being <br />conducted. The City of Redwood City contact person will be Mr. Peter Vorametsanti, <br />P.E., Project and Systems Engineer, City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road, P.O. <br />Box 391, Redwood City, California 94064, until we are notified ofa change. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />USDA- WS will monitor and remove when necessary, predators that are affecting <br />endar1gered or threatened species using technics and tools described in the City of <br />Redwood City's Predator Management Plan for the Redwood Shores Peninsula. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />USDA- WS will make recommendations to the City of Redwood City that might reduce <br />predation and enhance threatened and endangered species on City of Redwood City <br />properties and adjoining properties. <br /> <br />2 of2 <br />
