<br />fifty (50) percent of the cost of Reconstruction. The estimated maximum cost of <br />Reconstruction and City's maximum contribution are calculated as follows: <br />(i) 370 lineal feet ("Lt.") of flashing @ $65 per Lt. = $24.050 <br /> and gutter <br /> 1020 Lt. of flashing @ $45 per Lt. = 45,900 <br /> tie-in to catch basin = 2.500 <br /> Total = 72,450 <br />(ii) Maximum amount to be contributed by <br /> City and Architect: 50% of $72,450 = 36.225 <br />(iii) City's maximum contribution: <br /> 36,225.00 - 7,684.00 (Architect's maximum <br /> contribution) = 28.541 <br /> <br />Upon completion of the Reconstruction, Contractor shall determine the <br /> <br />actual cost of Reconstruction corresponding to the foregoing unit cost items (i.e., <br /> <br />based upon the actual lineal footage constructed corresponding to the above <br /> <br />rates of $65 per I.f. and $45 per Lt., respectively, plus the lump-sum cost for the <br /> <br />tie-in to catch basin).
