<br />DUPLICATE ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FINANCIAL, INFORMATION AND <br />COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ;{3 day of <br />~, 1999, by and between the SOUTH BA YSIDE SYSTEM <br />A~RITY ("AUTHORITY"), a public entity duly organized and existing under <br /> <br />the laws of the State of California, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Authority requires certain professional financial, information <br /> <br />technology and computer technology services relating to Authority's financial and <br /> <br />computerized operations, respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City represents that it is qualified to furnish such services in <br /> <br />accordance with the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CITY'S SERVICES. City shall furnish those financial, information <br /> <br />technology and computer technology services set forth in Exhibit "A," attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Services performed by City's <br /> <br />Director of Finance hereunder shall include services as Authority's Controller <br /> <br />pursuant to the joint exercise of powers agreement establishing Authority. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION. (a) Financial Services.
