applicable, any successive Term Year, likewise on an hourly basis, at the IT Base Rate plus an amount established by City but not more than five percent (5%) of the Base Rate for the immediately preceding Term Year (the "Adjusted IT Base Rate") for the first 170 hours of services furnished, and at the Adjusted IT Base Rate plus an amount equal to eighteen percent (18%) thereof for each hour of services provided in excess of 170 hours in each respective Term Year. (c) Computer Technology. Authority shall pay City Three Thousand Ninety Dollars ($3090) for the computer technology services described in Exhibit "A" during the first year of the term hereof (the "CT Base Rate"). For the second, third, and, if any, each successive Term Year, the CT Base Rate shall be adjusted by the CPI in the same manner as pertains to the adjustment of the FS Base Rate described in (a), above. 3. RECORDS: STATEMENTS: PAYMENT. City shall submit monthly invoices to Authority, which invoices shall describe briefly the services rendered during the billing period. City shall keep and maintain accurate records relating to such invoices and services rendered which shall be made available to Authority at Authority's offices during regular business hours upon request of Authority. Payment shall be made by Authority within 30 days of submittal of appropriate invoices. The term of this agreement is three years, 4. TERM. commencing July 1, 1999, and expiring on June 30, 2002, unless sooner terminated by either party as provided in paragraph 6.
