Box 391 City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is the re-roofing of the Infant Care Center and the roof alterations, skylight removal, at the Fair Oaks Community Center. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is demolished and constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: 1. Re-roofing of the Infant Care Center 2. Removal of existing skylight, and refurbishing the moveable skylight.
