<br />EXHffiIT "A" <br /> <br />PROPOSED <br />ANNEXA TION OF THE LANDS OF RALEIGH <br />TO THE OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />(VIC UPLAND ROAD) <br /> <br />Being a portion of Lot 2 in Block 19 and a portion of Upland Road as said Lot, Block and <br />Road are shown on that certain map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor, Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, California", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, on May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of maps at pages 4 <br />to 11, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly line of the parcel of land described in the <br />deed recorded in the San Mateo County Recorder's in San Mateo County Recorder's File <br />No. 97073005 with the northeasterly line of said Upland Road; Thence from said Point of <br />Beginning, northeasterly leaving said northeasterly line North 40° 08' E 178.38 feet to the <br />northerly corner of said parcel; Thence South 45° 29' East 148.20 to the easterly corner of <br />said parcel said corner also being the northerly corner of Parcel A as shown on the Parcel <br />Map filed in Volume 9 at Parcel Maps Page 31, in the San Mateo County Recorder's <br />Office; Thence South 49° 32' West along the southeasterly line of said parcel (97073005) <br />and continuing along its southwesterly prolongation 236 feet more or less to a point in the <br />southwesterly line of said Upland Road; Thence in a northwesterly direction along said <br />southwesterly line 95 feet more or less to an angle point in the boundary of the Oak Knoll <br />Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 48370 passed and adopted on <br />September 2, 1986; Thence continuing along said southwesterly line and district <br />boundaries 118.27 feet to an angle point in said district: Thence leaving said district <br />boundary and continuing along said southwesterly line 55 feet more or less to an angle <br />point in the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 48369 <br />passed and adopted on September 2, 1986; Thence leaving said southwesterly line of <br />Upland Road northeasterly along said district boundary 40 feet more or less to a point in <br />the northeasterly line of Upland Road; Thence leaving said district boundary southeasterly <br />along said northheasterly line 157.60 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />f: \uscrs\admin \d rafting\cxhibits\ 1997\ralcigh.crh <br />
