<br />EXHIBIT ccAn <br /> <br />PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE <br /> <br />LANDS OF LlNG TO THE OAK KNOLL <br /> <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />Being a portion of Lot 4 in Block 25 as shown on that certain Map entitled, ccOAK KNOLL <br /> <br />MANOR, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of <br /> <br />the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of <br /> <br />Maps at pages 4 through 11 inclusive, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeasterly comer of that certain parcel of land described in the deed <br /> <br />recorded in San Mateo County Recorder's File No. 95139978, said point also being an angle <br /> <br />point in the boundary of the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 47061 passed and adopted on July 7, 1985~ and Resolution No. 46671 passed and adopted on <br /> <br />March 19, 1985; Thence from said Point of Beginning along said district boundary (Resolution <br /> <br />No. 47061) and said parcel, North 79° 57' West 95.42 feet to toe southwesterly comer of said <br /> <br />parcel; Thence leaving said district boundary and continuing along said parcel; North 6° 20' East <br /> <br />49.50 feet; North 83° 40' West 1.50 feet; and North 5° 50' East 162.58 feet to a point in the <br /> <br />southerly line of Hillcrest Drive said point also being the northwesterly comer of said parcel; <br /> <br />Thence on an arc curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 135.51 feet, an arc length of <br /> <br />91.94 feet to the northeasterly comer of said property; Thence leaving said southerly line, South <br /> <br />4° 15' West along the easterly line of said parcel 148.17 feet to a point in the aforementioned <br /> <br />district boundary (Resolution No. 46671)~ Thence continuing along said district boundary and <br /> <br />said easterly line 75 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />
