Exhibit "B" <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND REQUIRED <br />MAINTENANCE <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />The furnishing of services and materials for the ordinary and usual maintenance, <br />operation and servicing of the following improvements: <br />• Providing for the life, growth, health, and beauty of landscaping along <br />Seaport Boulevard (excluding median landscaping) including cultivation, <br />irrigation, trimming, spraying, fertilizing, and treating for disease or injury. <br />• The removal of trimmings, rubbish, debris, and other solid waste along <br />Seaport Boulevard (excluding rubbish from the median thereof). <br />• The provision of services, materials and equipment for the maintenance, <br />operation, repair, and servicing of the retention basin storm drain pump <br />station including acquisition of electrical power. <br />• The provision of a yearly application of an algaecide to the retention <br />basin. <br />• The provision of all services, materials, and equipment for the <br />maintenance, repair and flushing of the storm drain system within Seaport <br />Boulevard. <br />• The provision of all services, materials, and equipment for the <br />maintenance, operation, repair and servicing of the landscaping pump <br />stations, gravity storm sewers to said pump stations and force mains <br />therefrom, including acquisition of electrical power. <br />• The rental of lands of Southern Pacific Transportation Company for <br />installation of landscaping and related support facilities thereon. <br />• The provision of replacements, additions, and betterment to the above <br />enumerated facilities. <br />• All necessary incidental expenses pursuant to Section 22526, as that <br />section may be amended from time to time, of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br />
