<br />(iii) Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling, conduct no <br />religious worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, and exert <br /> <br />no other religious influence in the provision of the Program. <br />(iv) The portion of a facility used to provide the Program will contain no religious <br /> <br />symbols or decorations. <br />UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will comply <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />with the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant <br />Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB <br /> <br />Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and <br />local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />LEAD-BASED PAINT. <br /> <br />The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the <br /> <br />event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement <br />procedures may be required by City. <br /> <br />21. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully informed <br /> <br />of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner <br />affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the performance of the <br /> <br />Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe and comply with these <br />laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance of <br /> <br />Contractor's services with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. <br />22. JURISDICTIONS AND VENUE. Any action at law or in equity brought by <br /> <br />either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for by this <br />Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of <br />venue in these proceedings to any other county. <br /> <br />The individuals executing this Agreement and the <br /> <br />23.
