He <br />commended a Redwood City reserve officer who has a background in <br />growing up in the Middle East, subsequently, serving in the Special Forces <br />in the United States who knows terrorist groups The officer is <br />now assigned to the Joint Terrorist Task Force, the only reserve serving in <br />such a role, has trained many thousand law enforcement officers, FBI <br />agents, and first responders in what to expect responding to a <br />terrorist incident. Appreciation was expressed for the support and <br />cooperation in battling international terrorism. <br />B.
