<br />or anyone of them prior to issuance of the Project Building Permit, City and <br /> <br />Owner desire to provide for the funding of off-site roadway improvements for the <br /> <br />Project in accordance with this Agreement. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />"Additional Costs" means the expenses (including, but not limited to, <br /> <br />engineering, consultant, construction, right-of-way acquisition, attorney and <br /> <br />permit costs and expenses) for the construction of the Emergency Access <br /> <br />improvements incurred by the City exclusively as a result of the existence of a <br /> <br />sewer main owned and operated by the South Bayside System Authority <br /> <br />("SBSA"; the "SBSA Main"). <br /> <br />"Project Building Permit" means the permit issued by the Building <br /> <br />Department of the City of Redwood City subsequent to the issuance of the <br /> <br />foundation building permit. The Project Building Permit shall include and be <br /> <br />limited to all supporting structures, exterior walls, rough electrical and rough <br /> <br />plumbing for building floors. <br /> <br />"Restriping Costs" means and includes, but is not limited to, expenses <br /> <br />incurred for engineering, consultants, construction, right-of-way acquisition, <br /> <br />attorney and permit costs and expenses in connection with the work of <br /> <br />improvement on the Extension Area. <br /> <br />Agmt-165 <br />f/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS:rg <br />07/01198; 07/17I98R107/22/98 <br /> <br />5 <br />
