<br />DES:djk-D7/07/98 <br /> <br />(013/70) <br /> <br />specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />particular <br /> <br />improvement, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />stricter <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />govern. <br /> <br />Owner shall complete all of the <br /> <br />Improvements, <br /> <br />subj ect to time <br /> <br />2000. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />extensions allowable under paragraph 11, <br /> <br />necessarily <br /> <br />on or before July 13, <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />include, <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />but <br /> <br />limited to, all of the following: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />( f) <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />( j) <br />(k) <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />grading, paving <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> <br />water system, complete <br /> <br />storm drainage system, complete <br /> <br /> <br />street lighting system, complete <br /> <br />street monuments, street trees <br /> <br />street barricades, redwood headerboards, sound <br />walls <br /> <br />landscaping and irrigation <br />including common areas <br /> <br />system <br /> <br />complete, <br /> <br />joint utility trenching, complete <br /> <br />street signing and striping, complete <br /> <br />all improvements described as conditions of <br />Planned Development Permit No.10301-8, heretofore <br />issued for said subdivision, <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications, <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />permits <br /> <br />appurtenances <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />construction, <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />reasonably <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />Engineer to complete the aforementioned improvements, both within <br /> <br />and outside of the abovementioned subdivision. <br /> <br />3 <br />
