insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial general endorsements: (a) (b) (c) (d) and automobile coverage, original liability insurance liability Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; Providing that Auditor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement) ; Naming City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and employees as additional insureds; and Providing that Auditor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to City, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents and employees, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, boards, commissions, officers, agents or employees shall be excess of Auditor's insurance and not contributory with it. 13. COVENANT AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES. Auditor hereby warrants that Auditor has not been employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working for Auditor, to solicit or secure this Agreement, and Auditor has not been paid or agreed to pay any company or person, other than a bona fide employee, any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift, or any other consideration, contingent upon or resulting from the award or formation of this Agreement.
