A typical way to obtain knowledge and abilities would be: <br />Five years of managerial experience in public or business administration, city or <br />regional planning, architecture and urban design, housing, redevelopment, economic <br />development. <br />Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with <br />major course work in planning, architecture, public administration or related field. A <br />Masters Degree is highly desirable <br />License or Certificate <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid driver's license <br />14442 <br />
