<br />DES:djk D8/03/93 <br /> <br />(l08/34) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />8/16/93 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR TENNIS COURT RENOVATIONS AT MEZES, <br />SPINAS AND SHOREBIRD PARKS; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />for tennis <br /> <br />court renovations at Mezes, Spinas and Shorebird Parks, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Mezes Park, <br /> <br />Spinas Park, <br /> <br />Shorebird Park <br /> <br />Tennis Court Renovations - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br /> <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..--..---..."..,..----- <br /> <br />~ <br />¡ <br />
