This letter permit is subject <br />to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Filming: The filming shall be sponsored by and conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Location: The filming shall take place in the intersections of Redwood <br />Shores and Egret St. and Shearwater Street and Shoal Circle. (Refer to <br />Exhibit "B".) <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Dates and Times: The filming will occur on Thursday Aug. 5, 1993. <br />The filming will take place between 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Insurance.
