<br />DES:djk ~6/09/93 (087/34) <br />DES:djk /26/93R <br /> <br />for the systematic implementation of the City's General Plan for <br /> <br />the Lido Neighborhood; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan, more particularly <br /> <br />described in that document entitled "Lido Neighborhood - Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Draft <br /> <br />Specific <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />1991", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />"Addendum to the 1991 Draft Specific Plan", <br /> <br />is, <br /> <br />and shall be, <br /> <br />amended to prov ide not <br /> <br />less <br /> <br />than <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />affordable <br /> <br />housing units <br /> <br />wi thin Parcel 7 of said Plan and the density of said Parcel 7 <br /> <br />shall be increased from 139 units to 170 units, all in accordance <br /> <br />with the terms and conditions outlined in that certain report to <br /> <br />the Honorable Mayor and City Council, dated July 26, <br /> <br />1993 from <br /> <br />the Acting Planning Director and City Manager, the provisions of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />report <br /> <br />pertaining <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />affordable <br /> <br />housing <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />incorporated by this reference. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />In <br /> <br />furtherance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />provisions <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />amendment <br /> <br />hereinabove <br /> <br />referenced <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />condition <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />development in accordance with the Specific Plan, a development <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the owner/developer of said development which <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />include <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />terms <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />relating <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />affordable housing. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />Lido <br /> <br />Neighborhood <br /> <br />Specific <br /> <br />Plan, <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />amended hereinabove, is hereby adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
